Should we complain

Well no not really lastmagicbean....the 'compensation culture'' as I see it is asking for money for no valid reason.....
like 'I want 20.000 because someone called me fat'

....I am speaking of complaints for a justified reason...I just don't see why we should 'just accept' shoddy goods and equally shoddy customer service as 'the norm', if no one ever questions it why should anyone ever bother trying to uphold a good standard.

But every complaint is justified in the eyes of the complainant.

Rules/regulations/procedures are changed, and the rest of us have to suffer for it no matter how ridiculous the original complaint was.

I'm not for one second suggesting people shouldn't complain at all, merely questioning the outcome everyone else has to eventually live with.
