yes it is pretty simple: there is no case, the BBC has told Trump to fek off

BBC chair Samir Shah has said there is "no basis for a defamation case and we are determined to fight this" - after Donald Trump said he would sue the corporation for between $1bn and $5bn.

I've have stated the criteria in which he can bring a claim. But he doesn't need my help.

It was blatantly done, to make Trump look even worse than he is

While it was done deliberately, it wasn't to make Orangina look worse (as if that's possible).

It was done to illustrate their point that, over the course of the hour - long ramble, he had incited the rabble.

Also bear in mind that his wasn't a monologue, or a piece to camera: it was a speech to a crowd. Felon 47 was whipping them up, and their chants were evidence of that.

They've made an apology and acknowledged the error and damage caused. They've done more damage to themselves than Trump.
What damage?
Telling the world they intend to "fight" is a very stupid tactic. They would have been better to reiterate the apology and state they intend to move on and rebuild trust.
Rebuilding trust with Trumpf is impossible, he only understands power. As zi and Pootin discovered

Oh look a traitor to the UK
Hang on old chap. It isn't me that is a traitor to the UK, it is you who wants to turn it into a third world country by allowing all of the savages in from accross the globe. I am just wanting justice to be done for what the BBC has done,

According to you.

Looks like they know what they are doing
