i used to bite my tongue with biggoted people like you and get on and do my job but these days if i was still a copper i wouldnt p**s on you if you were on fire.

I thought that was the job of a fireman but thanks anyway for the offer, though id have to do what most other people have to do these days and not rely on a council tax paid official of HM Bobbies to get things done but do it myself anyway as they are too busy shooting innocent people and hounding drivers to do the job they are employed to do.

then try reading some of my posts on subjects ive posted in the past. Ive never once said that werent policemaen who were wrong or bad. All you do is throw in the same type of comments at every opportunity.

So you had a few bad experiances, and according to you that makes every single one of them bad. Thats the same logic that makes evry black man a robber because a black man commited a crime, every immigrant a sponger because one of them is, every muslim a bomber because one of them is, every MP a waste of space because one of them is, every british tradesman crap because youve had a cowboy in etc etc etc. Its called being small minded because you dont seem to have the ability to look at a story from more than one side, and you throw in the same jibes on each thread.

What exactly did the shooting in stockwell have to do with the miners strike 20 years earlier, which you threw into this thread as soon as the miners strike was mentioned?

You can try and turn your argument back around on to me tim, but you are the one that has the blinkered view.

Thermo you are not reading my posts, ive read yours in this thread and you definitely are not seeing any other viewpoint, I have never said ALL the individual policemen thats what you keep accusing me of with your comments as i said previously its a general term as what do you expect me to put that PC99 and PC 140 were to blame? Get real! Then you start bringing race and religion into it, big mistake as i think most people on this forum know that i'm not racist or religiously biased or are you bringing out hidden feelings of your own on the subject? And to top it all you turn nasty in what is merely a discussion by talking of not helping someone in distress but rather walk by, some ex copper! by acting that way you are not exactly helping your cause, Whose the blinkered one? you bought the stockwell shooting up on a post that had nothing to do with it. You used various insulting terms towards them. That comes across as somewhat sweeping statements.

I havent bought race or religion into it, ive merely used that to show how your thinking is used by others to tar everyone by the same brush. can you not see the similarities in your train of thought?

you have your view and i have mine and i believe mine is a little more rounded than your one sided view that shoves everybody into the same box based on a few bad experiances youve had, and some annecdotal evidence from friends.

The terms used for the police that i mentioned are common slang terms that have been used in the english language for donkeys years yet you seem to take them as an insult? There are many slang terms used for electricians such as sparks I dont get offended by being called one! it shows the narrow mindedness and bitterness you seem to hide within yourself.
As to referring to all coppers in my comments, If you were to criticise "electricians" saying that they have killed people in the past(yes people have died as a result of electrocution due to bad practices) I wouldnt have taken that personally and thought you were accusing me of murder

It seems to me that your vendetta against me is based on a hatred for anyone that is critical of the police and their actions when as a public body thats paid for by all of us they should be open to scrutiny and criticism when deserved and all i have said is when it was deserved in my opinion, the stockwell incident being a prime example of a life taken for nothing what more do you need to happen before someone is allowed to say something?

If you are not happy with the amount of times I may bring up this incident well thats tough! I'll bring it up as many times as i feel necessary in order that its not forgotten which you seem to want to happen, brushed under the carpet perhaps so no one brings up that its not the first time?

Its people like you that deny history and what it can teach us in order to stop the same thing happening again.

Not a vendetta, im voicing my opinion. You can say what you like and im saying what i like, tahts the point of a forum. you are the one that has bought it up in other threads that i have commented in. Ive never blindly defended their actions when subjects have come up on this forum, and ive criticised actions that i dont agree with in an adult way rather than throwing up tired insults.
