Sorry, but this is important.

Gender change identity is wrong when they want it to be for all purposes including biological sex.

Who are "they"?

It massively discriminates against biological women.

Would you like an example of discrimination against a biological woman?

This person is biologically a woman.

He's had chest surgery, hormone treatment which has given him facial hair and a deep voice, but no genital surgery.

As a biological woman, it's allowable to exclude him from single-sex spaces dedicated to men.

But the Supreme Court also ruled that trans men can be lawfully excluded from a female-only service "where reasonable objection is taken to their presence, for example, because the gender reassignment process has given them a masculine appearance or attributes to which reasonable objection might be taken in the context of the women-only service being provided".

So he can be excluded from, say, a men's changing room because he wasn't born with a penis, and also from the women's because he's grown a beard.

Where is he supposed to go?

If they were to commit a crime would they go into a male prison?

He may now use the mens room, no need to ask if he can, nobody would look twice. Think on..

And it seems, unfortunately, that because of some recent problems I have to make this clarification again.

My OP was not trolling. I didn't write it cynically, just to create conflict, or to argue for the sake of arguing. Not to sow division. Not to create conflict. Not to argue for the sake of it as some kind of perverse fun.

Not to troll.

I was being completely sincere, and genuine, and honest, and not being the slightest disingenuous, when posting it.

I did it because I believe with all my heart and soul that it was the right thing to do.

People may disagree about that, that's their right, as is expressing that disagreement.

But what they should not do is to impugn my motives just because they disagree.
The troll doth protest too much, methinks
trolls gonna troll I suppose

If he has a beard and a c**ck then he may use the mens showers, If he has the same genitals as just mentioned then no.

What about a biological man who fully transitions and no longer has a c**k or a beard. Can that person use the womens showers. I am presenting you with the exact opposite scenario.

Then yes. I have no problem with that senario

I actually had a friend at school who used to hang out with us cool kids, I joined the army and not seen him in 10 years then bumped into him at a school reunion, he had done the full transition and was married to a man. Didnt bother me in the least, he wasnt half of anything.
