Speeding fines to soar

I think fins should be income based , why should a person get off lightly because they can afford to?

Disagree why should less well off pay less, obey the rules and pay nothing

That is true however , you or me ''i cant park there i will get a fine''
rich guy ''i can park where ever i want , i can afford to''

so , the rich can break the law because they can afford to.

Sounds good in theory spacecake but in reality 2 people can commit the same offence but 1 of them can be more punished for it just because he/she has very little money

Don't get me wrong am not disputing the punishment, just pointing out that the rich are never really punished, and that is wrong!!!
 
This is why fixed penalty's are not really fair punishment.
A good flogging would effect the rich as well as the poor. :lol:
 
I won't worry then i'd just pay the fine out of earning that i don't declare.
