Anyone who goes to the gym ever been to one of these classes?

Just got back from my first one, half way through death seemed preferable!

Hardest thing i've done in a long time, roll on the next one

I found it extremely difficult. I'm a pretty experienced mountain biker but this was a new level of pain.

I am going to persevere and go again on Saturday, surely it can only get easier!

I went to one when I had a phase of going the gym, and I agree with you, they are bloody hard, and the next day I could hardly move, had to wait a week before I was able to go back to the gym!
