Hi, got a fused unswitched spur which I want to replace for a newer better looking but it has 4x 2.5mm wires out the load side, I can’t really seem to find any spurred fuse that accepts more than 3, has anyone encounter this problem before?

Do you mean 8?

Spurred fuse?

It is a Fused Connector Unit. The cables are the spurs.
Yeah space for 4 lives in one terminal and 4 neutrals in the other terminal and yeah the cables are the spur which goes through a fuse

This has terminals for 4.

There must be others.
Cheers that’s the first one I’ve seen with that terminal capacity, to bad it’s not very pretty lol, think I’m just gunna get a 3 way wago and put two wires into that and then it’ll condense it to 3x wires in terminal, I’ll have to change back box but I think it’ll be the easiest way

I used to find that at least two doubled over 2.5mm would fit into either input or output terminals of decent S F C U in fact often 3 such, I would expect modern decent ones to accept two doubled and one single, this being the equivalent of the possibility of 5 single conductors, just needs a little care and practice.

The "Holy Grail" of terminating conductors is to approach the goal of having the conductors to fill the terminal therefore maximum point of contact for correctly tightened conductors.

Optimum length and dressing of conductors to avoid ending up with a rats nest of course.

I’ve got 2 single core wires and 2 stranded, the stranded ones are the problems I find, maybe a more patient persons could do it but I’m just going to stick those ones in wagos I think which would give me 3 single core which should fit nicely

Not all Wagos work with stranded wire.
