How can I measure my kitchen tap to replace it?

Are the kitchen taps, or taps in general a standard size?

I am looking at purchasing this tap: http://www.screwfix.com/p/h-c-counter-mounted-lever-deck-mixer-kitchen-tap/72038# but I am not sure if it will fit.

Currently I have two separate taps for cold and warm water, would this fit?

If you mean centre to centre, then measure the taps you have c to c the size is around 185 mm c to c so they should be fine usually standard on most sinks
