Yep/ It's also a boring dump - took a look on a holiday in that area once, thinking it would be nice for a future seaside holiday, but not much to shout about. Could do with some nice Italian cafes, Turkish restaurants and gay bars to liven it up.

It's a real real dump. My uncle had a holiday home there when I was a young kid and was forced to go there for a couple of summers. Been there for work, about 15 years ago last time, dull.
However, just had a google (bored at work), it does indeed have a Turkish restaurant (gets great reviews), Italian and gay bars

Why would businesses that left the UK suddenly decide to come back.? Would Elon Musk change his mind ?
The word on the street is the city is awash with potential deals only held up by uncertainty. A brexit deal would release a bit, A50 many more.
Of course even if brexit doesnt happen, it will have damaged business trust, so potential inward investment for businesses wanting access to single market may not return.
