They left the patio door open, though originally saying there had been a break-in.

She didn't call the police - she called a schoolmate in the UK.

The next day they went jogging.

They've never admitted they were wrong to leave 3 children (2 of them babies) in an apartment that wasnt even locked.

These things are beyond dispute.
