Anything prior to or since that is irrelevant

Well, as it does not suit your agenda it would be, wouldn't it..........:rolleyes::rolleyes:

What about the five year old child, playing cops and robbers with his three year old sibling, picked up his father's gun and shot his sibling?

I'm simply using them as illustrations to show how ridiculous your suggestion was.

So you choose a ridiculous example,to counter my supposed ridiculous suggestion.

In this instance the Father would held to account.

But all your arguments fail, simply because murderess are released to kill again.

Nothing ridiculous about taking into account extenuative mitigating circumstances, which you dismissed out of hand initially.

In this instance the Father would held to account.
The Father that the sisters killed?
Or the Father that left his gun within access for his children?

simply because murderess are released to kill again.
That was never the issue under discussion.
You can't imprison someone for life for one murder where extenuating mitigating circumstances need to be considered.

Transam would be more than willing to put foward a list to government for persons who should be put to sleep

and I would not lose any sleep over it as and when the sentences were carried out

Remember: "People", "Non-humans"= two different things.
Did you ever have any education?..There is no such thing as a human being that is not a human being, regardless of their crime..You need to choose your words more carefully.

Why would our government ignore a referendum? What made you hallucinate that?

Firstly it’s in likely they would ever
Have one on the subject and if they did and the vote was for it

they would ignore it no party apart from a few fringe party’s

Would campaign for it or support it
And would not put the result into law
