They Want Any Excuse For Censorship

All consensual.

But letting sad men think they can do whatever they want with women's images could well have unintended consequences.
I don't think anyone is under the illusion that they can do that by generating porn images of innocent women, of course that would be an indecency offence regardless of it generated by Ai or not.

For private use what consent is needed? For posting on a public site then consent would indeed be needed but depends on the content and who in the right head would give such consent.
The law says you cannot create a picture of mrs highway man in a bikini using a photo that you took, without her prior consent, even if it's just to show her and laugh. The act of asking the AI to generate it is an offence.

However, it is perfectly legal for you to take a picture of any person in a bikini in a public space, without their consent or knowledge and post it wherever you like.

Doesn't make a lot of sense.

It certainly doesn't, it is like public photography laws where you can take images of anyone with no consent, I think or would assume that if you turned those images into pornographic content then there would be consequences?

Yes.

Which one is real?
I'd go with the middle one, as from what I've seen from AI, they struggle with writing.

I've not thought about this until today. But isn't it due to consent. That person has chosen to wear a bikini. And also, the other way is just really creepy.

Does this mean that I could wear Lena's bikini without her consent?
