Torques for 2004 Bora TDI wishbone arm bolts please

I think if you slacken the drive shaft nut, you'll be able to slide the CV joint back far enough to get your ring spanner on.

There's a lot of faff to torque the drivesjaft nut up again and the nut is one time use only.

I think I'll get Delphi arms.

What are Quinton Hazell products like these days?

I know they sank a few years back but they were put back into action under the Tetrosyl banner. A local factor stocks QH suspension.

I've only fitted track rod ends and a steering knuckle (Fiesta UJ) with the QH brand, and they looked like good quality......smooth drop forgings, came with thread protection and nuts as required and the knuckle had quality needle rollers. On they went, no further issues.

Delphi arms fitted. The job actually doesn't take long when the parts fit.

To get the n/s lower ball joint nut removed, I used flat jaw vice grips to loosen the nut then when the peg started turning, I cut the rubber boot and grip the peg underneath with small vice grips.
