The only reason Ukraine can't make progress is because they don't have air superiority. The US and Europe between them could easily provide that. It would all be over very quickly. With minimal risk to the pilots. That is the way to win this with very little risk.

Russia's kit has been shown to be pretty rubbish in practice both in Ukraine and elsewhere. I am confident that US and European air forces using the latest planes, air defences and intelligence gathering would soon wipe out the Russian opposition and gain air superiority.
