The same situation applied in Scotland in their referendum...only the scots were allowed to vote...same with the brexit referendum, only British allowed to vote, not the whole of the EU....how undemocratic is that?You would think that Putin would come up with a figure that was slightly more plausible

The explosions were big and picked up by several parties around the Baltic. It makes the Nordstream 1 shutdown semi permanent and it is a clear threat to other Baltic sea pipelines.

Since the ballot was performed door to door with armed guards accompanying the officials into people's homes and watching as they made their marks with no privacy that's not really applicable.Could be that the pro Ukraine section of the population didn't bother to turn up at the ballot.

Fact is the referendum results are and were a foregone conclusion
Any one in Russian occupied Ukraine would have to be off there trolleys to not vote to join the Russian federation

There's plenty of examples and some footage floating around.
It's a special military operation, so there's no excuse.
But if anyone ever does try to carry out a legitimate referendum there I'm sure that will be considered.
