VAILLANT ECOMAX 615 HELP

Never seen this sort of problem with a boiler in a loft.
Unlikely, but have you bled the pump?
How do you mean "there's still loads of air in it"?

You never use full stops - have you left some in the pipework? :D

ive bled the pump with the front screw, but on fire up there is air still knocking round in the boiler it quiets down after about five minutes .

this po programme do you just let this programme run till it finishes and the heating fires up as thats what i have done but even after there still sounds like theres air knocking round it

Yes it goes through HP then SP although with a system boiler there will be no difference. Usually the boiler is quiet afterwards or very little noise.

Select one of the none working rads to work with, remove this rad, over pressurise the boiler to nearly 3 bar, leave filling loop open to keep pressure there, then in turn open flow & return valves on bare pipe work into bucket to see if you get any debris or air locks come out

are you pointing towards blockage in rad or pipework then, i do have a drain offs on the rads couldnt it be done by connecting a hose and doing the same

Like he said, make sure water pi***s out of the pipes at a rate of knots where your flow is slow!
Rads aren't sludged up are they? Often it only appears after you've drained down. Get in the garden with it while it's off and get jiggy with a hose, inverting half full rad several times, etc.

Air lock or blockage in pipe work. Using a drain off can only blast one pipe through, hence removing the rad to test both.

Not as well.
If you make sure you have a rad or three half full of air somewhere and then pressuruse the system up to over 2 bar, when you open the rad valve quickly(having taken the rad off) it should come out like a fire hose.

Good chance it's the rad itself.

But after powerflushing you shouldn't have black water  could be your problem if you have.

I duct tape several large plumb center plastic bags together to lay on top of my dust sheets
