Irrelevant whataboutery, although I gave you an example anyway.Do you have one?
If there is no possibility of it happening it wouldn't be a requirement of the law in the first place.

If a woman wanted an abortion i'd like to think she'd talk it through with her man before anyone else, including doctor, doctor.I think I would like a woman to have the option to say that she wants to have an abortion and not have to give a reason if she doesn't want to. To not have to say she is worried about money or that having the baby will cause her mental distress. I think that's what I think anyway! Until this thread it has been a while since I've thought about it seriously.

is happening at all.And if they think, in their opinion, the criteria are not met

You keep going on about about what the law actually says. It doesn't give an actual example. Shall we just ignore it?Which is probably why you can't come up with an example.

I already gave you one.Which is probably why you can't come up with an example.

Whataboutery.Did you disclose their reason for requesting a termination, the absence of any underlying health issues and compliance with the 24 week limit.

Probably, just like the overwhelming majority. Here is an example that would meet the criteria..

"....hello doctor, my partner here wants me to have an abortion...."So can you think of any that wouldn't meet the criteria?

Yes. I gave you an example. So can you think of any that wouldn't meet the criteria?
I didn't know you could become a supposed lawyer at 12 years old.I even gave them names.

25 weeks gone?So can you think of any that wouldn't meet the criteria?
He ain't no lawyer, he's clueless.I didn't know you could become a supposed lawyer at 12 years olold.

Continuing the pregnancy would involve less risk than an abortion? So can you think of any that wouldn't meet the criteria?
