It's a dog whistle to idiots like andy - Shipley is about 5 miles out of Bradford - these roaving vandals - you don't think they could find burial grounds in Bradford?

Racists simply spout their prejudice before any facts are known...

    It's their modus operandi!

Yes, nice little place but not a lot there; however what has it got to do with the story?

Shipley is part of Bradford; towns and cities in Yorkshire cover large areas.

just going by the caption under the second picture
"Nurse Julie Watson found that her uncle Peter Bilborough's war graves had been smashed on D-Day along with a number of others in Hirst Wood burial ground, Bradford"
and the mention off seeing dammage on a walk into hirst woods later in the story
so unless this story covers multiple sites i assume it only refers to hirst wood??

The story is about Hirst Wood Cemetery in Shipley. Hurstwood is in Lancashire, near Burnley.

its fairly cruel and evil who ever has done it but only time and enquiries will find the guilty and rightly punish them regardless off preffered rose colour ;)
