Hi, i need to replace a stop cock in a oap's house but ive had a look at the turn of point out side on the pavement where the meter is but i cant see where you can turn it of if you can that is, i know i could freeze the pipes with a kit (if i could find some where local that sells one)but i was trying to keep the cost down for the old dear if only i could turn that off the job would be no bother.thanks to all who replies....
