Not that I'm aware of. I believe around that time a lot of the thefts were kind of low level smash and grab for as bit of drug money. In my case one of the incidents was outside my house, the other two were in the Wickes car park during the evening, after that I made a point of only going to Wickes when they opened at 7am, thieves don't like getting up early.

I think you'll find it was the bit where I pointed out that you broke the law when you went screaming off in chase down a public street like a lunatic brandishing a weapon that really upset you...

If there been a cop on that street, one wonders what lengthy 'law enforcement' topic might now be found in the archives ;)

Oh come on pal, I havent seen it but if people want to steal people's property they must expect a bit of retaliation occasionally

I reported it to the police and even went to the station and looked through several books of mugshots. They thought the video was hilarious. Unlike you, they didn’t give a F.

That was the parking area round the back of my old workshop. I saw the *******s turn up on cctv and when I saw what they were up to I grabbed the scaff pole and legged it out there. Always wise after the event, I should have either lamped the one on the getaway bike or gone for the other ones legs. I could have then taken my time…..

Try swinging a scaffold pole quickly - that was an old iron one, not like the lightweight ones they have nowdays. It ain’t easy!

Stop being ridiculous. I would have given him the kicking of his life if he tried to steal from me.
