Ask your bank, to rake the money back.

I don’t think they'll get involved in it. For £18 I’ll give him one last chance and then leave my first ever negative feedback. :giggle:

Mine did, and for just £6.17.

I gave him one more chance, he ignored it so I left him negative feedback. As both eBay and PayPal wouldn't take action, I tried your advice and opened up a dispute with the card I have registered with PayPal (Monzo). They refunded me immediately, for now, but may claim it back within 18 weeks. I sent them copies of the messages he sent saying the goods had been returned and that he had promised a refund. We'll see what happens!

Had to pop over to West London this morning to do a bit of Quality Assurance on a Centre I oversee and when I got back I went and did the weekly shop. Mrs Mottie had gone out in the A3 with the shopping bags in the boot so I just chucked all the shopping, loose, into the back if the Golf. Of course, that meant numerous trips back and forth to get it all indoors when I got home so I enlisted the help of Susie to carry odd items in. Well, she is a working dog so she was more than happy to oblige! I paid her in gravy bones. She's going in for an operation tomorrow and I don’t mind admitting, I’m a bit nervous. :(

Give her my best.

Telephone appt with a hospital doc. , about an operation (Gall bladder). He was very keen to put it off, having previously said it was routine and necessary..
Too busy I suppose.

My mate had his whipped out a few months ago. Was having right trouble and painful flare-ups with it. He¡s fine now.

Bumped into a chap that doesn't socialise much in t'village while out on the dog walk early this morning. Asked him " what you get upto in that big shed then?" & got invited in for guided tour & a cuppa from the pot belly stove . . . . . . Turns out he used to be a civil engineer & it houses his collection of 'finds' from the many greenfield sites he'd pegged & levelled out. He chucked me a stone ball & I knew instantly that it was a cannonball, never seen so many cannon & musket balls. He's building a Gypsy caravan & trying to do it as authentically as possible with the type of tools originally used. "Don't know anyone with horses do you?" , "I do & they're experienced carriage pullers too". So, hopefully sometime mid summer I'll be sat with my legs dangling from the back end of a Gypsy caravan on the way to a steam rally or two . . . . . .

Went to a friend's funeral. Family aren't wealthy, but he was a car nut and always admired Rollers. Hearse was a 1957 Cloud, and 1958 silver Wraith limousine. Going out in style.
