I assume you didn't over tighten the bearing? There are so many things from a simple loose spring clip to a major shoe, drum or mounting failure that could cause a noise. Pull the drum off and make sure the levers that attach the handbrake cable to the drum are returning fully. You might have to unhook the cable and apply some grease to the hinge.
