suggesting a person takes on a job is fairly pointless yes nice to pass the time off day but with out any actual value a heavy job needs commitment and ability so unless you know the person would be fully committed to the actual job description you dont know iff there traits and skills would be usefull or fully aimed at the task in hand suggesting some one is a good candidate requires them to be interested and able to do the job
