Would you accept this timber for large garage roof

As the title says, would you accept this timer for a garage roof with possible habitable living space on first floor attic space.

Looks fairly standard of the stuff that you get delivered, rough with the smooth and all that. Unless you take the time to go and sort out which bits of timber you want from the supplier. Maybe next time upload even more photos.

Ill take more pics tomorrow. Any jobs ive been on before when roofers get deliveries, it hasnt looked as coloured or damaged. Anything ive seen before looks new. This looks like its been lying in the builders yard awhile.

Ill go through the whole pile tomorrow after work.

Tried to add a laughing face (but won't let me!).
 
going from the colour, that bottom pile has been out in the yard for 3 or 4 years, probably explains the damage that looks like the fork lift has hit it many times

Yeah, this what i was thinking. 2-4 years. Im sending it back. Surely they have to take it back.
