It's pretty conclusive when the camera freeze frame from the side of the pitch shows the goalies hand and the ball behind the post. Bearing in mind that the camera wasn't exactly in line with the goal line and was looking at it from slightly towards the half way line.
I've already said Chelsea just about deserved it but if that had happened to Chelsea or Man U the screaming would be horrendous.

Tv evidence.shows that the full ball didnt not cross the line and as it states in the law of the game, the FULL ball must cross the line. There fore NO GOAL.

The WHOLE of the ball never crossed, that is for sure. Had goal line technology been employed it would have been conclusive.

However, the decision by the officials in real time could have gone either way. Liverpool would have been extremely lucky to have been given a goal, unfortunately for Reds fans they did not.

Chelsea in my opinion deserved the win although Liverpool were the slightly stronger side in the latter stages.

Sooey, I was supporting Liverpool but got to agree with the other lads that it wasnt a goal....it was a massive decision by the ref/linesman but it was correct....no matter how much the argument goes on its all irrelevant now

Got to agree .....why didnt Liverpool start the game like they finished? ,why wait until they are behind to do somthing about it?...as I said Chelsea just about deserved it but in reallity was there for the taking but Liverpool could not step up to it, thats why man u either love or hate them have got that attacking/winning mentality from first to last minute which will always bring success

Liverpool used to have that too, until Houllier took over.
We've been playing over cautious cr*p ever since, I can never understand it.
As far as I'm concerned attack is the best form of defence, and if you get beat by having a go fair enough.
The only excuse I can think of for Liverpool this year has been the injury to Lucas Leiva. We've missed him big time all season, and as yesterday showed we haven't got enough quality in other departments to compensate for losing a top player.
