god almighty, just "cooked" a BBQ chicken pizza for my tea... been travelling a fair amount of the day.. how much sugar was there in that ?It tasted ..... disgusting, but then i have been recently spoiled with plain honest good cooking. and i mean spoiled :-)

What was the salt/sugar content on the packaging?. Didn't think sugar would make it disgusting, who said the sugar made it bad?. been travelling a fair amount of the day. You a pikay?
 
very good question.. pizza 7.4g sugar but I didnt eat it. it was disgusting, and is now in the bin. No traveled on virgin train, paid for.
 
I had a 250g pasta ready meal from Tesco once.

As I was eating it, I thought it was very salty.

Looked on the pack: it had 6.5g of salt in the meal, intended as a single portion.

That's more than the RDA for an adult.... :shock:
 
Salt is added to mask cra'p, tasting food.
I bought a set of food flavours x 4 last week 50% salt.Will not be using them.
