What was the salt/sugar content on the packaging?. Didn't think sugar would make it disgusting, who said the sugar made it bad?. been travelling a fair amount of the day. You a pikay?

very good question.. pizza 7.4g sugar but I didnt eat it. it was disgusting, and is now in the bin. No traveled on virgin train, paid for.

I had a 250g pasta ready meal from Tesco once.

As I was eating it, I thought it was very salty.

Looked on the pack: it had 6.5g of salt in the meal, intended as a single portion.

That's more than the RDA for an adult....

Salt is added to mask cra'p, tasting food.
I bought a set of food flavours x 4 last week 50% salt. Will not be using them.
