Again.

He resigned the first time and came back due to "overwhelming support of UKIP members".

Now he has resigned as he has got what he wanted, "my country back".

I suppose if the fight to overturn Brexit is successful, he will unresign again?

How can you overturn the democratically expressed will of the people in a democracy?

Apparently, the referendum is not binding.

Like it or loathe it; that is the situation.

MPs must (should) vote for what they think is best for the country.

As EFLI points out, the referendum was only to show the govt how the voters felt about the situation. The result can only be put into practice if the proper constitutional process is gone through. Whether or not Brexit will happen is not guaranteed.

It would have been fookin binding if it had gone the other way though, as we all know.
Not really. Not binding as such.
It would have been what Cameron wanted so he wouldn't have done anything.

Any other MP would have been free to try and introduce a bill to leave the EU.

It's over, it's done, time all you whingers up and down the country gave it a rest now and stopped talking the country down.
We had a vote, it was a very simple vote, "stay" or "go", both sides had their say, none more so than the remainers. And you lost!
It may say in the arcane rules that it was only an advisory referendum, but if parliament tries to overturn that vote on a clear issue, decided by a very high turnout of the electorate, you can forget any pretence about living in a "democracy".

Never thought we were.
As has been proved, it is a silly idea.

Had Cameron thought for one moment he would lose, you wouldn't have had the referendum.

You can try if you're a right cnt. Bleeding hearts constantly on about democracy, human rights, voice of the people until they realise the majority disagree with them. Then it's OK to be a cnt.

Mate. The man that brought your temple down has resigned. Brexit isn't happening cos it's alright to be undemocratic when it suits you. Yet you still moan.
Be happy, you've won, life's too short. (y)

I'm not so sure. I think because the result was evenly split, there would be a push for constitutional process either way.

Who's moaning?

I'm not that bothered either way about the referendum. What will be will be. As far as Farage goes, I just found it amusing he resigned a while back then a matter of days later, unresigned. I will find it funnier if he unresigns again if he feels his "win" is not what he thought it was.

Evenly split as in over a million more votes one way? :p

It wasn't evenly split!
There were well over a million more leavers than stayers. If they were all stood in a line it would stretch from Liverpool to London or further.
Give it up ffs.
