Mrs May has appointed a new Brexit Secretary, but has downgraded the role, and will take control of the final phase of negotiations herself.

She has a dog, why is she barking herself?

A group of Euro leaders are apparently very unhappy with the deal and are rounding on M. Barnier, complaining that he was too generous and wanting him to squeeze more concessions out of Britain.

Probably annoyed that he didn't stick to the rules that the UK agreed to....
 
Where are you reading that news? The EU leaders don't want to renegotiate.

EU folk moaning about the deal is only to rally support for it in the UK. They’ve been scratching there heads trying to think about how they could increase support for it. Saying it’s a bad deal is about the best thing they can do.
