That’s the opening post of a thread so there is no previous information to link. Ellal is warning of, maybe even threatening, civil unrest. So maybe your question would be better off aimed at him.

Clearly context is everything. There is previous information. Ellal clearly referred to Boris, and a simple search of news articles reveals BJ's relevant comments about that time.
Ellal's comment was in response to BJ's opinion (while he was Foreign Sec.) about civil unrest breaking out in the event of TM's deal being accepted.

Thus ellal was not suggesting civil unrest, but was complaining about the possibility of it as suggested by BJ and the possible affects to everyone.
Therefore the quoted post of ellal's was either an intentional misrepresentation of ellal's opinion, or an accidental misunderstanding of the context.

I've not been sleeping well. Before recently I've been getting up going for a drive, even going to work early.

It got so bad I went to see the doctor

He advised me to read Any posts by Dopple or Elle.

It works, I can resume my sleep for the night.
Down side is if at traffic lights no having a quick peep at their posts...

I think this is the best thing that can happen now. No new Vote just no Brexit. We stay in the EU.
MP pressure turns the vote....

In the near future a new Centralist party will form from Labour and Tory. Hence why NF {that's strange} has distanced himself from UKIP.

They will then form a party with the best of both Labour and Tory Policy"s.

Vote for us and we will honour the Brexit vote of 2016. They will say.

With this still looming the EU may take more notice, reform and maybe we may even be happy to stay together.

I wasn't. I was suggesting the one who posted up the quote was intentionally maligning ellal's comment, or misunderstanding the context in which he made that comment.
The same person omitted the link to the ellal's comment, so it had to be searched for. You weren't intentionally maligning ellals' comment and intentionally excluding the link to make it harder to check on the context were you?
Look at your subsequent comment:

I have explained and demonstrated that clearly ellal was not warning of nor threatening civil unrest. He was obviously complaining that any chaos, warned of by BJ, would affect everyone.

So my original point remains. Is transam playing around the edges of inciting civil unrest?
