I reckon get as much fresh air as you can , have any food and drink you want but in moderation, make effort to see family and friends.

Bodybalance (like yoga) 3 times a week has stopped the pain from my slipped disc, where no painkiller or osteopath could.
I also found intermittent fasting a great way to keep the lard off.

Im not sure it is.. Nurofen Ive found to work well with everything from a tooth ache to a bad cold....
I know where you are coming from. I used to work at Gilbeys. Once on the Cinzano line we stopped for half an hour the labels changed to Sainsburys and the bottles got bigger and was filled with the same juice.

I'll give you all an update as I know you all care...
Had a couple of baths with Epsom bath salts. This with resting all day I feel alot better. I still have a bloody big marble hanging around but the pain has eased off..
Even managed an emergency call out tonight..
