My old man ,who was a welder in a shipyard (don't know if the aforementioned details are relevant) said to to me 'kid women are only good for two things, 'Shagging and making soup.
He was married for 50 years , happily or unhappily who knows.

He understood the unsaid truth: we live in a matriarchal society.

Do you think it is biased towards women or more square in the middle i.e. 50/50?

Are you asking my view of the world or my view of their view?

My view of the world - I think its evens, certainly in the UK. I don't think there is a glass ceiling for example. I think there are very real and practical differences which explain why there are fewer female C-level leaders.

My view of their view - I think they are happy to bias it towards women (i.e. not a level playing field but active promotion of women) in order to balance out the blockers put there by men.

How has feminism affected your day to day life?

I completely agree with equality but... like racism there's always the ones that use it for leverage or for good company PR 'look at us we abhor racism/sexism' and take it the other way almost objectifying the very thing that should be completely eradicated. Where i used to work the team lost their manager and a promotion in the team was required due to the company and their policy and a group they had created for 'women at work' they applied pressure and saw she was promoted to the role, nothing to do with her skills as she was complete stress head and a social media obsessive. Not sure if she's there now but the team and productivity nose dived for as long as i witnessed, and she wasn't even trans or of a certain colour/religion or by now i kid you not she would be much much higher. Maybe a topic for another discussion but im considering becoming a transgender woman muslim geeza bird of ethnic minority, i could be a millionaire now :D
And before you start no, there's some v skilled people in my team mixed sex /races doesn't matter theyre all superstars, well i picked them so course they are.

Some nice ideas, but its an ideology. As such when you present evidence that contradicts the narrative, it doesn't go down well. Eg. someone posted a video about the gender pay gap on my FB feed. I posted up the following explaining its not that simple.

Then, there's the issue of domestic violence. Feminist groups think nothing of parroting various lies and half truths about this, ignoring the violence of women as part of the issue.

Why do they have women's tennis, women's football, women's cricket, etc etc, just have tennis, football, cricket or whatever, women are our equals so they should be able to join in.
Simple
Difference in physical strength

Ok, so this is a predominantly male forum, but here goes, what is feminism? Set aside the equal opportunities, equal pay, equal rights, equal respect, which I wholeheartedly agree with, what in addition to those things is it? I honestly am not sure.

Feminism is women who hate men, but want to dress like men, look like men and act like men.

I also believe feminists dont have the ability to orgasm.

They also have no idea how to cook.

I wouldn't want to work in your team with your bias ;)

I have seen crap people in the highest of positions at Banks of all persuasions - absolute nutcases I wouldn't even give them responsibility of looking after a pet for an hour -

You seem to have a victimhood mentality that because someone mentions race/gender/ religion etc they are trying to undermine your own characteristics.
