Privatisation will not stop people using it. It will just become more expensive you dolt.

Also so people cannot afford healthcare they will adjust their buying. If I need some medication thats private will I spend on that or on other things.

In the US companies like Microsoft that had private healthcare for their employees have now cut back and raised co-pays or what we call excess to $2000-$3000.

Medical costs are the single biggest cause of bankrupty in the US.
