Will Heat pumps be small enough to replace them?
I'm hoping that they will convert the gas lines to hydrogen mix,
Surely that's got to be better than making an excellent system redundant overnight and possibly putting those that suffer with poverty in further desperation and poverty.

I’m not to up on them either - I prefer cylinders for hot water anyway.

It will be classed as progress.
Like someone taking apart a brake caliper, starter motor, alternator etc...... rendered extinct by someone bolting a brand - new replacement on in its place, and lobbing the old part into the scrap bin..
