You can still retire wherever you want, just need a visa which is easy enough as you will have means to sustain yourself and a medical insurance.

Paperwork and formalities. Which is always time limited, with no guarantee of being renewed or extended. So why would anyone invest in remaining in that one place? Your rights are severely curtailed. You no longer have the same rights as indigenous people. You no longer have the protection of the ECJ.
Retirement/holiday property might end up in disrepair if you are denied a visa.

Pet passport...
For whoever cares, rules don't change.
Still need to have jabs up to date and microchip.
Same as when you go out of Europe.

Quite a whole new set of formalities.

In other words, just apply for a visa and a couple of weeks later jet off.

You can no longer plan your life/travel further than two weeks ahead in case your vise is denied.

A huge benefit for small and medium businesses.....allowing free trade across 28 countries.

Why do you keep spouting that out every time, like some universal answer? It's tired now, and it's wrong.

There was a very small minority who were anti EU for many years (hence not a big issue until recently when Cameron needed support), but the majority of those who you term 'brexiteers', were only so just before the referendum.

Now notch already has the move on moniker, so you can be move on too.
