Is there actually any evidence that she took part in executions / murders ? Or other such criminal acts

If duing WW2 a number of Britain citizens went to work for the Nazi, would they have not be prosecuted for treason if they claim they only served tea.

Transams uncle Fritz thought he was working for Social Services rather than the SS, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt,

Joyce (lord haw haw) was convicted of one count of high treason in 1945 and sentenced to death, with the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords both upholding his conviction. He was hanged on 3 January 1946, making him the last person to be executed for treason in the United Kingdom. (Theodore Schurch was hanged the following day, but for the crime of treachery rather than treason.)

P.s, he was American born, and then got German citizenship.

although, of course, he was not a British citizen, so not a treasonous Brit.

"The historian A. J. P. Taylor remarked in his book English History 1914–1945 that "Technically, Joyce was hanged for making a false statement when applying for a passport, the usual penalty for which is a small fine."[32]"

PG Wodehouse also broadcast for the Germans, and was a British citizen, but was not hanged.

Joyce was an American and German citizen only, and illegally obtained a British passport.

He was hanged for treason based on the fact he held a British passport for a year and his allegiance should have been to the UK

I can't help but feel a little sorry for her but
Shammina joined the enemy. If that was just to be a good housewife, then she is guilty of treason. She has nothing to answer for so no reason to come home.

Well she hardly ran off to Syria illegally to marry an Isis fighter and assist in helping "the cause" because she thought she was going on holiday to paint fluffy clouds and rainbows.
Fifteen year old girls get very silly ideas.
It's our duty as parents, or guardians to prevent their silly ideas causing problems.
In my opinion they do mature quicker than boys, but at that age, they can be very silly.

At the end of the day, the majority of the British public (at least 70%) agree with the government.

It doesn't affect you in France, which already has its fair share of Islamic issues.
Justice is not properly served by popular opinion.
