Mass shooting in Plymouth!

The USA has the problem that there are so many about with guns especially in the crime etc area that it encourages more people to buy them.

Yep right wing white terrorists pose the greatest threat to life in the west presently. You should educate yourself tansam instead of burying your 'ed in the sand.

nonsense u should pull yer ead out of your watsit :ROFLMAO: noseall

I knew that you could legally own a handgun in Northern Ireland.

But I did not know that you can own one for personal protection...........

"Northern Ireland is the only part of the UK where you can own a gun for self-defence. People can apply for a "personal protection weapon" certificate.

These are granted if a person is seen to be at "real and immediate risk" and a gun is seen as "reasonable, proportionate and necessary to protect the life of the applicant"".

You can legally own them in the rest of the UK.

There are restrictions on the type of handgun you may own in the "normal" way, but you can have handguns.

You may also have what would "normally" be prohibited handguns if they are of historic interest and stored and used at designated locations, not at your home.

all gun owners should be tee total  sorted

ounce again transam thinks out side the box
Once again transam displays a chronic and very serious inability think, inside or ouside the box, inside or ouside the space between his ears, inside or ouside reality...

bit harsh tbh

just bouncing a few ideas around

Dunno how you could police it though

may be a breathalyser on the door step a sort of random spot check to weed out the non compliant

or a police raid on the gun owners house ? Find a bottle of beer

and that’s it night in the cells

or may be it’s a bad idea

I shall ponder the issue

The Alcohol and drugs test will "probably" occur when the gun owner applies for a renewal of their license, a once in a five year occurrence?? Who knows?? Wonder at what level the Alcohol level will be set at??

Just another paper ticking exercise for a Police Firearms Department that is so over stretched, under manned, to comply with present regulations and requirements [as witnessed by this disaster we are discussing here??] as to be totally impracticable. never mind the "local" interpretation from Police force to Police force of the firearms regulations.

I hope that you are teetotal, and that for consistency you are campaigning with equal vigour for all drivers to be, and to be randomly tested at home.

By your logic, as theyre not allowed to drive when under the influence of alcohol drivers should never be allowed to drink at all, even at home and not driving.

We would be better off if we banned corrupt politicians.
