With my daughter testing positive this morning, I’m pretty happy I’ve had my jabs and booster tbh. Hopefully when I test positive soon I’ll be saved the worst of the effects covid can have.
Sadly rabid jabbers are like rabid brexiteers...
When the evidence emerges that they may have made a massive error they go into denial mode and blame anyone but themselves...
In the same way as many of these buffoons wish that those who care about what goes into their own body be denied medical treatment...
May I suggest that the jabbed ones are denied access to treatment/compensation should long term effects resulting from their regular 'fixes' appear!
Two of our grown up children have tested 'positive' with the 'virus' more than once, but had no symptoms...
We never really gave up on family greetings/hugs, and I have never tested positive with one of these home kits. Although as I have mentioned before I have tested 'positive' for the antibodies in the past, so I've probably had the 'virus' without knowing it...
If the history of this 'virus' is ever allowed to be truthfully published it will be imo a rather interesting read!

She had symptoms, we did two lateral flow tests, first one had a faint T line last night, tested again this morning and she had a strong T line.
She’s just a toddler so I’m hoping she’ll power through it.

Still waiting, do you know when that's likely to happen? Last year we were told the vaccines were to cull the world's population and people would be dropping like flies, alas....
Can I ask, what was the average member of the public supposed to do? Were we supposed to refuse vaccination en masse? If we did and deaths ended up being x times more, would it have been worth it as a point of principal? Were we supposed to say 'I'll have the vaccine after it's been through another 36 months of testing and not before!'
What's the saying, even a stopped clock will be right twice a day. Are there unknowns around what we've been through over the past 24 months including long term effects of vaccines? No doubt. However, assuming you believe what world governments and health experts were telling us, our backs were firmly up against the proverbial wall. We had to act, and quickly.
If (stopped clock analogy) it comes out x years from now the vaccines have caused x in y of the population, the naysayers will have their 15 mins of fame to say 'see, told you!'

It's all crazy really. One of the difficulties they have looking at areas like this is that people vary and things happen. The fact that they had a vaccination doesn't mean that it wouldn't have happened if they hadn't. The other aspect is that vaccines kick the immune system into action - so some will feel ill. Just as a cold has more effect on some than others.
Irrelevant anyway. Last time I looked vaccination levels were still creeping up in age groups where very high 90 odd % levels were achieved early on. The same applied to all age groups. It indicates that some see sense eventually.
Most people did almost immediately vaccines were offered.
