If you wish to follow the herd and get jabbed with what you are told is 'good for you', then that's fine by me...

As long as in return those of us who question this so called 'genuine research' aren't constantly harassed for thinking for ourselves!

And FYI, I ain't hoping on anything...

I am taking a well calculated risk - which is a whole different thing!

I have now had no jabs, no ill effects at all, and so far no 'virus' symptoms.

So tell us...

Who is right or wrong?

You or me?
if everybody had taken your "wait for ever and see" approach, people would not have taken the vaccine and we would be suffering waves of covid putting thousands in hospital and many people dying

Ellal, when are you going to admit that

Ellal, when are you going to admit that

He/she/it never will, he/she/it is not bright enough for that it is obvious from its postings.

But guess what, as with almost every disease outbreak the various mutations get milder regarding death rates as time goes on...

Have you ever given a thought to the possibility that maybe our immune systems are adapting?

Back in 1918, many, many millions died as a result of a flu epidemic, because there were few medical solutions available. That is how the covid would have hit us, were it not for the jabs the more sensible/rational thinkers amongst us accepted. The more accept the jab, the less the effect generally on everyone, including the irrational anti-vaxxers of the covid. Ellal wants to not do his/her/its civic duty, as he/she/it is entitled to, but would be happier relying on everyone else - so be it, but at least it should shut up and stop trying to convince everyone else of it's lies.

No, we really wouldn't. It's an extremely safe disease.

By the same token, you might have contracted covid, got seriously ill and died. That's often what a calculated risk entails, a 50/50 outcome. So you can't contextualise it around being right or wrong in my opinion. Much of what you can now state is based on hindsight relating to your specific situation.

You've taken no jabs and are still living. good, great. Some (many?) others elected to take the same route and died. So were they right or wrong?

2 people I know have been in hospital recently, 1 for a diabetes induced issue, and the other for cancer. Both tested positive for covid, but neither had any symptoms.
Bound to happen. If half the population has covid, half the hospital population will have it too. Added to that, hospital is a great place to catch it!

Mate of mine, only 45, had a hearth attack while he was out running. In hospital a few days, then he got covid while in there so wound up staying another week.

An overwhelmingly vast minority - statistically insignificant, in fact.
WRONG

Gary Rains, 70, Jones Creek, TX. Anti-vaxxer, dead soon after Covid illness.

... Or we'd be living through a far, far, far better situation, which you have bizarelly failed to acknowledge.
Deary deary me ...

I've not bizarrely failed to mention anything. Just because people don't state/type every single possibility every single time they discuss something doesn't equate to bizarrely anything ;)

I reckon going on this roller coaster could be really scary.
(oh wait, I've bizarrely not mentioned other possibilities ...)
By the same token, it might not be scary at all.
Or it might be slightly scary.
Or it might be less than really scary but more than slightly scary.
Or it might be more than not scary at all but less than slightly scary.
I suppose the train might be full.
There again it might be half full.
There again it might be three quarters full.
There again it might be nearly empty.
There again it might be ...

HA HA HAaaa

Seems we have a record number of people with covid One report was calling waves bumps now but concerned about numbers in hospital. There are a lot of absences another reason for ambulances hanging around waiting to be emptied. Some hospitals had relaxed mask wearing to some extent but sounds like it is on the increase again - from a nurse I know,

Also seems there are now 4 variants of Omicron. I suppose the more people with it the more chance of mutation.

It's now definite that people get reinfected. Finally some reliable info on the effects on one person anyway but it fits in with comments I have heard. First 2 times were mild. 3rd a lot worse, Seems it can go either way. This lady 30's just and fit and healthy.

Amazing really. All this time now and still things to learn and some unknowns. Living with covid. Some feel the hot temperatures coming may reduce infection levels. Suppose they think they will dry the little bu ggers out more quickly,

People deciding to take the jabs appear to be increasing. 10's of thousands in week. Far better than no more.

There is proof of nothing other than that a person named Gary Rains is no longer of this world.
