Yeah it's funny how, in many cases, 'progress' seems to equate to building stuff as cheaply as possible whilst extracting the maximum possible from consumers. Yes yes, it's 'business', I get all that. Nevertheless, funny how the council houses I've lived in over the years, built 60-100 years ago, are infinity better than the sh1t being thrown up these days.Everything today is done on the cheap.

I've said many a time Roy our building industry is in a shocking state. Its full from the greedy men at the top and to the bottom with unskilled or low skilled workers.
It alwsys has been and is even more so today.
