Indeed, but LL NN LLL happens, and that's just the backwards of what you're saying doesn't happen

<---- read it in this direction to see an F, then U, then C, then "T", then O, F and F

This is why it's a bit weak; a private plate that needs this much explaining ain't much of an impact!

I saw one a few days ago, with what looked like a spider's web or similar all over it; rendering it completely unreadable to a passing glance, or even a more concentrated look.

Should be stopped - with a .50 cal. round through the engine block - and given a week to sort their shoite out.
(A week, as I'm a fair and reasonable arrishole ;-) )
