Are you asking about structural problems or how to fill the £37m gap without reducing services?

Leadership/structural

- People. They have too many allegations of sexism bullying and unfair termination.
- culture. You have to remember that they are mostly staffed with those who work in the industry “fishermen” ex navy etc - it’s not a diverse pool of talent and that is causing problems
- they have been investigated for this and it’s probably time for a new ceo - he doesn’t seem to be able to bring his team together

Financial
- they are spending too much on 3rd party fund raisers. This is taking too much off the income stream.
- marketing, PR and advertising. Costs are too high due to some of the gaffs of the ceo and their handling of the above.

No.

I'm asking how you have determined all the financial issues are down to the boat people.

The rnli doesn't seem to report that. Maybe I missed it.

A summary of your claims.

Reduced income, but it has Increased.

£40m costs incurred rescuing boat people. No evidence, it seems to be mostly fixed overhead costs.

Volunteers resigning because of the boat people. The only evidence you showed wasn't related to it.

Oh, and a liner without lifeboats is seaworthy. We all know its not.

That's most of your claims for now

Because I have the right to.
Fair enough...

Therefore I have the right to think that you believe that some lives are less worthwhile than other lives...

So where in the pecking order does that leave you? ;)

Think what you like about me, I couldn’t give a toss.
Yep...

As you repeatably say...

You don't care!

Walk down almost any street and you'll probably see a turd that some person has failed to pick up...

For 'turd' read mottie, and then life suddenly becomes easier to understand (y)

mottie lives in the gutter, and simply doesn't understand why it came to be there!

Your posts are getting more and more rambling today. I get it. You've had a hard night shift at the care home wiping bums and changing bedsheets. Go to bed. Get some sleep. You’ll feel better for it and will be ready to tackle it all over again tonight.

Including the cost of the lifeboat, station, equipment, etc that is spent regardless of whether a lifeboat goes out or not.

You are trying to make figures fit your argument.

Where does the rnli breakdown the cost properly please
That’s not really true for marine assets. Yes they have buildings. But the big costs are per use.

PMSL...

I get it that you have nothing useful to add, but you are now embarrassing yourself...

Don't you have another fictitious tax return to file before the end of this month?
