Another untruth.
There is legislation to require businesses to provide suitable accommodation.
It does not oblige them to provide male/female/disabled spaces.
Employers have a range of options to choose from in order to meet the criteria.

Let me be more explicit

Suppose a transwoman has been quietly using the women's only space for years, without any problem.
Suppose it's in a work environment. They have never disclosed to anyone that they are transgender, perhaps for reasons that they are aware of bigoted attitudes towards transgender in that environment.
Suddenly,they switch their use of the spaces to the men's or the disabled/call it what you want.

What will the rest of the workforce deduce? How will they react?
How will it affect that transgender person's comfort (and ability to work effectively) to continue working in that environment?
How will it affect their career path if the management share the transgender critical belief?

Do you understand now?

I think to an extent some of the more aggressive trans activists have caused problems for the wider community. And it ties into the wider discussion on the other thread about what many people call "woke". In the 2000s and 2010s, there were great advances in societies attitudes to many minorities. But then the more aggressive activists just kept pushing and pushing. It started getting silly, as in the examples above, and eventually there was a backlash.

It's not about 'losing' an argument, but engaging in a discussion or debate, as per GD - i don't see it as 'winning', either. Most folk have pre-set views on a topic - such as transwomen using public facilities - and don't bother seeing anyone else's pov.
