Good morning, all,
I recently removed and reattached a radiator when decorating our bedroom. I subsequently noticed that the telescopic valve was slightly leaking when this radiator, or any radiator in the house, was on.
We have a combi system, so I presume that some part of the telescopic valve has failed, and the pressure when the system is running is causing the leak. It's coming from the 'moving' or 'telescopic' part of the valve, and not the nut (and isn't therefore an issue of tightness, I don't believe).
I'm confident in draining the radiator and swapping the part, but I'm slightly unsure of what the specific part I need is. Could anyone please advise?
Many thanks
