Diynot summer party

The meet-up should be held in either Bradford, Blackburn or Oldham on a Friday afternoon in the middle of a 10-mosque traffic jam.

Attendance by Noseall, Himmy, John D, JP, Blup, Warey, IT Minion and Eminem will be compulsory, whom should all be dragged up and down the streets with their eyes held open, Clockwork Orange style, to see what they have wrought.

You knew gas112 had been warned. Only he knew that.

Not true. There are two different things going on here.

About a year ago, I reported gas112 openly on the GD forum, for what I thought was a really bad post. About a day or so later, I noticed he was no longer posting. So, I checked the drop down search box to find when he last posted, and his name had gone missing from the search list. When he returned, his name was back in the search list. That is how I worked out that, when somebody is banned, their name goes missing from the search list.

Then there was the time, a few months later, that gas112 kept getting banned from all new threads on GD. He posted openly about that.

I don't know if one of these is the 'warning' you are referring to.

I actually like gas112 and I don't understand what he did to get a permanent ban from GD.

Possibly. I have a very particular set of skills. One of which is that I can achieve close to expert level in many disciplines in a very short time frame.

But I am also what you might call 'unintentionally dominant'. Although I don't seek out to lead or dominate, it has always happened naturally through extreme charisma and personal magnetism. In real life, people seem naturally drawn to me and automatically defer to me, even though that is not what I am seeking. TBH, it's a bit weird sometimes.

When I mentioned to gas112 you knew if his warning, he couldn’t understand how you knew.

It’s no skin off my nose.

I don't know what warning. If you mean the ban, which I triggered unintentionally, then I worked it out for myself using logic.

I am sure that is what it was, because gas112 and I had a long discussion about it on the forum a few months after it happened.

That’s your “I” showing through.
