It can be but I don't know anyone who has been prosecuted for it,

what I meant by knowing the right person in the gym who can supply quality gear.
Since you mentioned 'personal use' i wondered if you, or anyone else here, considered 5g a reasonable amount? Back in t'day when i was firm and full of hair, a 'teenth would be just about right for a small session of an evening.

Test is not illegal for personal, puff is. Not say either is right or wrong. That is a fact though.
I'm in favour of rules based on evidence and logic, not on whim.
