OMG First time out for 6 weeeks

OMG just back from the gym, not been for 6 weeks, I feel I am getting stronger and getting back fitter. The human body is amazing (well mine anyway). Took it steady and although I am hurting now I feel better in doing it. Should be back to fighting fit within 6 months. My liver is actually healing itself...My guns are still huge and my legs are starting to work better. I am great.

Ive missed this. What are you recovering from?
 
I once was given a free few months membership for a gym as a favour - someone complained that I had been sweating.... lol, is that not what is all about ?
never went back - these places are not for me

15 mile on the bike this evening in beautiful countryside and little to no traffic - thats my gym
 
What sort of weight do you move?
As a body builder I lift various weights depending upon what I am doing, I go for reps. Today I was doing 8 reps with 10kg Dumbbells, I am pretty injured and cannot lift too heavy at the moment. 10kg gave me a few in reserve so will be building up to where I was. I felt good doing them but I may have been lifting too heavy as my arms are now hurting.
