Yeah, heard something on the radio today about that. Won't be long before countries start withdrawing from it altogether and set up their own rules. Judges have been abusing it for years to the point it's almost impossible to deport people.

So change the bloody law, labour have a huge majority and to my mind could pass a law that all illegal immigrants give up their rights by entering the country illegally. Job done.
UK would have withdraw from the ECHR and the UN Refugee Charter before enacting sucha law.

Rwanda ???? (Lol)
Rwanda was scrapped because it was deemed not a safe country.
Any "hub" would have to be judged as safe to be acceptable. But the ECHR* and the UN Refugee Charter still applies.

*In its current form or in any modified form.

Rwanda should be brought back to the migrant crisis, a great sollution that met resistance from those that welcomed migrants. I would have had those planes filled and taking off 24/7.

Judges have opinions that strongly influence the outcome.
Of course they have personal opinions, but....
Judges have personal opinions like anyone else, but they are bound by strict legal codes to put those opinions aside when deciding cases. Their role is to apply established laws, facts, and legal precedents impartially, rather than ruling based on personal beliefs.

When Nig get in. He will see thst right leaning Judges, Judge and nudge.
What is this supposed to mean?
