I think it's get get your appetite going. You can also rub it on your bread, toast etc.

I did think that but it wasn’t with the bread section. It was in with all the bits (nuts, seeds, raisins, honey etc) that you put on your yoghurt or muesli.

2 Weetabix with a thick covering of jumbo oats…and cold milk. I love oats with cold milk. Sometimes I might soak a big spoonful of oats in a glass of cold milk. A lovely chewy drink.
