Silver service in a dedicated restaurant just for us suite guests mate. It’s all about quality and presentation, not quantity. If you want quantity, there’s always the buffet. (y)
Exactly. There is a reason to travel in a suite.

True, but with two poached eggs i'd like more than one slice for dipping.
All that 'presentation' guff means is they can skip on ingredients to save a few quid.
The omelette looks good though.

They weren’t for dipping. The pieces of toast you can see are about 40cm square and are just to rest the poached eggs on to stop them sliding all over the plate when it is brought to you. Toast is separate and they will bring you as much as you like in toast racks. I had a rack of mixed.

…that they are reassuringly expensive and keep the riff raff at bay and in the places they belong.
